Ashley Belton is a New York City based actress.
Ashley hails from Worcester, Massachussetts, where she
appeared in numerous plays with her high school drama
league. She thoroughly enjoyed hosting an
entertainment news TV program for her high school that
aired weekly, called HNTV. At the young age of 17 she
moved to NYC where she attended Marymount Manhattan
College. Ashley graduated with a B.A. in Communication
Arts with a concentration in filmmaking. She is a
recent graduate of the two year conservatory program
at the William Esper Studio, where she studied with
the amazing Terry Knickerbocker. Her time at the
program was a very exciting time in her life. She has
recently appeared in a production of the on going
show, Happy Hour with the Michael Chekhov Theatre
Company. Some of her other NYC acting credits include:
Melanie, in Eating Out (Shea Theatre Company), as well
as a number of indie films and student films. She has
also co-produced a short indie called "Stuck in a
Moment," which is currently being submitted for
festivals. Ashley is very thrilled to be a new member
of MCTC!!! |
