Christine most recently played the role of Cavale in the MCTC's production of Sam Shepard's
"Cowboy Mouth" at the 45th Street Theatre. Prior to that, Christine appeared on the MCTC
stage as Betsy the dance hall girl in "Out West," which was presented as part of Shanley's
"Welcome to the Moon." Christine has appeared in many community and regional theatre productions throughout
Long Island. Some of her favorite roles include Catherine in "Proof" with Township
Theatre Group, Germaine in Lantern Theatre's "Picasso at the Lapin Agile," Claire in
"Fuddy Meers," Jenny in Albee's "Everything in the Garden," Sarah Shields in the world
premiere production of "A House Divided," Penelope in "See How They Run," Helena in "A
Midsummer Night's Dream" and Emilia in "Othello," all with the Arena Players Repertory
Theatre. Christine was a member of the cast of "Happy Hour" at the Big Little Theatre,
and moved on to co-write, co-produce and perform sketch comedy with fellow HH alumni as
"Dysfunctional Sandwich" under the artistic direction of director and MCTC Board member
Ann Bowen. Christine has performed monologues as part of the Lunatic Fringe Festival
in 2006 and 2007 and at the Lower East Side Arts Festival this year. She has also
directed William Kevin McCauley's "Hatchet Job" at TSI and Elaine May's "The Way of
All Fish" with Ivy Lane / Universal Players. Christine is currently studying at the
William Esper Studio. |
