Indira Obregon is a member of the Michael Chekhov Company. Indira started her acting career with the
Living Theater, the influential avant-garde company founded by Julian Beck and Judith Molina. She has
appeared in numerous experimental and contemporary plays including The Alchemist (Living Theater),
Happy Hour (Big Little Theater), Kennedy's Children (Duo Theatre), End Game (Cheever Theater), The
Yellow Wallpaper (Ruth Maddox Theater), The Good Doctor (Ruth Maddox Theatre), and Touch (Illusion Theatre).
Her film work includes lead roles as Vrnda in Materially Inclined (a JuneBug Production), and as
Virginia in The Holy Mass (a Hunter College Thesis Film). She is a graduate of New York University
Tisch School of the Arts (Experimental Theatre Wing). |
