Mariana Parma graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Dance and Communication.
Since then, she trained in extensively in partner dancing concentrating on Argentine Tango and Salsa.
Her training has lead her to perform and choreograph for musical theater, film and tv. Her credits
include, Evita, Swing, the Musical, and Roxanna's Tango, to name a few. She has coached Chita Rivera
in Tango, and worked with Kelly Ripa on Hope n Faith. As an actress she studies with acting coach Bob
Mcandrew, and is featured in independent films such as "No one will ever Know", and her latest
independent feature film, "The Big Shot Caller" to be released this fall. She has also performed
in the production "Happy Hour" in The Little Big Theater, and is a new member of the Micheal Chekov Theater Company. |
