| Rachel Halper is an actor, singer, and comedian. She graduated with a BFA degree in Theater
from the University at Buffalo and most recently graduated from Michael Howard Studios One Year Conservatory Program, and
currently studies with Michael Howard. She represented the U.S. in the ITI-Unesco Theater Festival in 2007, in Sinai, Romania.
